|Synopsis

The Tendoshuu's invasion of the O-Edo Central Terminal took place two years ago. The Yorozuya have since dispersed in different directions. Gintoki Sakata starts searching the Earth's ley lines for signs of Utsuro's Altana since he anticipates his return. Gintoki goes back to Edo after running across the Tendoshuu remnants, who are still seeking immortality.

Shinsengumi and Yorozuya later launch an assault on the captured Central Terminal. The safety of Edo—and the rest of the world—hangs in the balance as the Yorozuya and their allies battle their adversaries as the Altana harvested by the Tendoshuu's shipwreck is in risk of exploding. Following the instructions of their teacher, Shouyou Yoshida's former students band together and go back in time for one more time in an effort to rescue their futures.
